MAKING A PURCHASE
To make a purchase just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, you can click or be taken automatically to ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. If you prefer, you may send your information via telephone, fax, snail mail, or e-mail. Full contact details are given on the web site.

All prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.
TAX CHARGES
All UK government taxes currently in force are included in the prices published on this website unless specifically stated otherwise.
ORDERING ERRORS
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on “submit” or the equivalent button on the final page of our ordering process.
CANCELLATION RIGHT
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party, you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive, details of which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.
AVAILABILITY AND BACK ORDERS
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the products you have ordered are not available and the products will be placed on back order. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.
DELIVERY
We work hard to despatch your order within 3 business days or sooner. However, please note that this is our best estimate given in good faith and cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery.
Should it be necessary, we reserve the right to deliver your order by separate shipments.
Orders are shipped by DPD or other delivery partner and have a tracking option, which can be made available upon request. Please note that the price for shipping is calculated during the check out process.
Please always inspect your order against the included invoice and notify us of any damages within 24h of receiving the shipment.
We cannot be held liable for any missing items unless you provide a written notice to us within 7 days of receiving your order. In case of missing items our responsibility is limited to replacing the products within a reasonable time or issuing a refund for the missing items based on included invoice.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact Citrox Protect Customer Support team either by phone 01480 862085 or by email sales@citroxbio.co.uk. We will give you personal attention to resolve any issues on case-by-case basis, advising on return and refund options appropriate to your individual case.
Please note that returns will be accepted only with prior approval from Citrox Protect Customer Support team. Should you return the product without seeking prior approval, we reserve the right to refuse refund and dispose of the products in whatever manner we deem appropriate.
No returns will be accepted later than 30 days of receipt of your order. Generally, returned goods must be in their original packaging, in re-sealable condition and will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
