Please note that returns will be accepted only with prior approval from Citrox Biosciences Customer Support team. Should you return the product without seeking prior approval, we reserve the right to refuse refund and dispose of the products in whatever manner we deem appropriate.
No returns will be accepted later than 30 days of receipt of your order. Generally, returned goods must be in their original packaging, in re-sealable condition and will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
