Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery.
Should it be necessary, we reserve the right to deliver your order by separate shipments.
Orders are shipped by DPD or other delivery partner. Tracking information can be made available upon request. Please note that the price for shipping is calculated during the check out process.
Please always inspect your order against the included invoice and notify us of any damages within 24h of receiving the shipment.
We cannot be held liable for any missing items unless you provide a written notice to us within 7 days of receiving your order. In case of missing items our responsibility is limited to replacing the products within a reasonable time or issuing a refund for the missing items based on included invoice.
